Construction of The Yeti Corporate Offices were completed in 2017. They consist of two buildings containing approximately 173,000 square feet. There is also a very large, shaded outdoor area for employees to have lunch and gather for company-sponsored concerts and other events. Gensler was engaged to design the Yeti buildings and amenities which are consistent with the natural, down-to-earth, and functional nature of the Yeti brand and culture. The interior of the building uses natural wood, hand-finished copper, glass, steel, and long-lasting fabrics and finishes to give the buildings an outdoorsy and comfortable feel, but with an enduring strength that will age and wear with beauty. The Yeti staff currently office in one of the buildings, which has an open, airy feel to the work areas, with open, steel-framed working stations, and white noise for privacy. The second building houses the company’s amenities which include a full-service cafeteria, gathering/eating area with roll-up garage doors which open to the shaded outdoor pavilion, a barista coffee bar, and a fully equipped fitness center. Employees may also check out kayaks, tents, paddle boards and other equipment for their personal use and entertainment.
