Mark Sprague will provide overview of current economic headwinds and how they may potentially affect the current commercial real estate market, including:

- Global issues regarding Ukraine- Russia war
- Supply chain issues regarding availability of supplies and how that is affecting completion timelines for CRE projects

Major Industry Panel
The panel will discuss the “major industries” (Tesla, Samsung, Amazon, CellLink, Infineon, etc.) that have entered their respective markets within Austin and Central Texas and the general impact those industries are having on the economy, creating new infrastructure, formation of new commercial real estate projects that will support those major industries. Speakers on this panel are:

Major Projects Panel
The panel will discuss “major projects” within the Austin MSA, touching on various types of commercial real estate in the market. Each panelist will provide overview of their projects (“Capital Corridor Expansion”, “Buda Midway Industrial Park”, “River Park and Velocity Crossing”) with regard to market conditions, challenges, and benefits for the completed project. As part of this discussion each panelist will focus on a different type of commercial real estate and/or different area of the MSA. Panelists will provide underlying trends in the multifamily/ housing, office, industrial, retail and medical office markets that also examine strengths and weaknesses of the Austin metro area. Speakers for this panel include:
