President’s Remarks, May 2021
Overwhelmed with excitement to start rolling out hybrid events.
I’m a people person, I need interaction and people’s smiling faces. We are following CREW Network’s lead and look forward to offering our first Hybrid luncheon of 2021. I miss all of you and can’t wait to see you in person on Tuesday May 18th at the Westwood Country Club. This newly renovated venue feels like an appropriate place to start up again. Attendees will be required to wear masks unless they are eating or drinking. Social distancing will be observed. CREW Austin is committed to continue hybrid events for the foreseeable future, we want to provide ample opportunities for people to connect, network and do business together safely.
I’m very proud of our committees for their creativity in keeping all the programs moving forward, I’m excited to see what the rest of the year holds in store for us. We are working towards CREW Mentor Connect later this spring, CREW / CCIM Real-Estate Summit and Downtown Architecture Boat tour later in the fall.
Please start planning for the Spring Leadership Summit June 10th in St. Louis, MO which has been announced to be a hybrid event. Limited in person spots are available.
