CREW Members Going Beyond Series
CREW Austin member Jolsna Thomas (Community Outreach Committee member) answered the call when the City of Austin need help in recovery efforts after Winter Storm Uri took down much of our community. Jolsna now serves on the Advisory Committee for the newly created ResilientATXFund (of Austin Community Foundation). The ResilientATX Fund was established to provide relief to those impacted by February 2021 adverse weather event, especially seniors and the low income community. Please support Jolsna in her efforts to provide much needed relief to Austinites impacted by the storm.

Sabrina Lozano, Estimator at MW Builders. Sabrina has been in estimating for the past half-decade working on projects nationwide. Her current professional goal is to build a local ground up multi-family project here in Austin. She is most proud of the professional relationships she has built and grateful to feel so genuinely supported by colleagues. Self described as being “interactive with the person(s) helping me... and very hands on” when learning new skills, Sabrina spends her free time with her plant hobby and photography hobby. Post-COVID travel plans include Scotland, as she loves to travel and take in other cultures. Her favorite quote is “To succeed in life, you need three things: a wishbone, a backbone and a funny bone.” She lives with her dog, Aspen.
