Saint Louise House
Saint Louise House mission is to
empower women and their children to overcome homelessness for generations to come in Austin. They provide
stable housing and
wraparound services with
highly-individualized support that fosters education, financial stability, strong family elations, and health living leading to lifetime self-sufficiency. The organizational values of Saint Louise House include Empowerment, Personal Strengths, Simplicity, Humility, and Effectiveness. Saint Louise House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the success of women-led families and their children moving from homelessness to healthy, independent lives. . Since opening in 2000, Saint Louise House has provided housing and ancillary services to at least 175 families. Currently they serve families in 40 apartments in two different apartment complexes in South Austin. Our CREW chapter filled with
woman leaders who support and empower each other provide the perfect network. Between ourselves, our friends, our family, and our employers, we can assist these women and families. Our collective efforts will contribute to families becoming more stable and self-sufficient. Ultimately this builds stronger communities and neighborhoods.
